| By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions; |
| You must be at least 18 years of age to commission. |
| All commissions are delivered digitally; no physical product will be sent. |
| Turnaround is approximately 1–2 months. This may vary based on the scope of the commission. |
| A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot and begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and prior to the final delivery. |
| The final, approved artwork will be sent as a compressed .zip file via the clients preferred method. |
| Only the final image files (e.g., .png, .jpg) will be delivered; original working files (e.g., PSD) are not provided. |

| All payments are processed via PayPal. You will receive an invoice for the total amount with the option to pay the initial 50% deposit. |
| Refunds: Once work has started, the refund amount will be calculated based on the artist's assessment of the work completed up to that point. |
| Chargebacks: You are asked to try resolving any concerns with the artist directly before filing a PayPal chargeback. |

| The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and/or blacklist a client due to unreasonable demands, rude or abusive behaviour, or an inability to communicate respectfully. |
| In the event of a "Force Majeure" (e.g., severe illness, natural disaster) preventing completion; the artist will offer a refund based on the work already completed. |

| The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including sketches and drafts. |
| You may not use the artwork for any purpose related to AI, blockchains, NFTs, or any other digital assets/cryptocurrencies; You cannot resell the art or use it to generate income; You are forbidden from altering the final artwork without the artist's consent; Claiming commissioned work as your own, including actions such as removing, cropping or intentionally blurring the artist's watermark from the commissioned artwork. |

| Q: WHAT PROGRAM & TABLET DO YOU USE? |

| A: I use Procreate on an iPad Pro (12.9inch 2nd Gen) with an Apple Pencil. Sometimes I also use Clip Studio Paint on a Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K) Tablet, but I like the convenience of my iPad more. |
| Q: what does soossi mean? |
|---|
| A: It's wordplay on my Korean name "Soo" combined with a Korean honorific "Ssi". When the two are combined, it's pronounced like the food "sushi". Translated into English; Ms. Soo. |
| Q: Do you mostly draw women? |
|---|
| A: Mostly yes, but I do and can draw men and animals. |
| Q: Do you like traditional media? |
|---|
| A: Yes, I do! I haven't drawn or painted in such a long time. I used to draw with charcoals and paint portraits with oil paint. It's something I'd like to get back into during my down time. |
| Q: What's something you want to achieve? |

| A: One day I'd love to draw a comic cover for Vampirella or Lady Death. I've been drawing those two characters for over 10+ years, so being able to draw for them officially would be a dream come true! |
